Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. Please note that if you have three consecutive no-shows, you will be charged the full price of the service. Thank you for your understanding!
